MCA and 120 Arts Organizations Ask You to Vote NO

MCA has joined over 120 arts organizations and thousands of artists in Minnesota to oppose the constitutional amendment that would limit the freedom to marry. Minnesota’s creative community thrives because of the contributions of all kinds of creative people, and MCA opposes discrimination against anyone.

We believe in the Golden Rule

To find out where you vote, go here: http://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/

There are less than 2 weeks to go before Minnesotans head to the polls. Beyond simply voting “no” on November 6th, there are many ways you can make your voice heard.

  • A great push is scheduled for the weekend before Election Day. We urge you to consider joining Minnesotans United for All Families to help fill 500 6-hour shifts with volunteers going door to door activating opponents of the amendment. Will you and your friends join us and be a part of making history?
  • We are also encouraging our members and supporters to help out on Election Day itself. We could make the difference in getting the votes we need in what is sure to be a close election. By committing to helping out the whole day, you are ensuring that every Minnesotan who wants to Vote No, does. You can learn more about these efforts and sign up for a shift by going to www.mnunited.org/gotv.
